This TV animated feature didn't success as the Simpsons, but anyway is funny, as well as the music composed by Christopher Tyng. Here's a promo release of some episodes music, including of course the main theme.

Actually, Futurama was canceled as a result of deliberate network interference by FOX--constant delays, rescheduling, and preemption. I don't know if it was because the network executives didn't understand the show, or because of show's liberal politics.
But in constant reruns on Cartoon Network and in DVD sales, Futurama remains a phenomenal success...and IT'S COMING BACK!
