Seems that Basil Poledouris actually didn't compose any new music for this sequel and the director instead re-used the music for the first film, since I never heard "The Blue Lagoon" (I know I know...) I can't say is true or not, somebody?

no, poledouris used his old ethemes but rearranged them. this bootleg is different from the original score on the official album of the first lagoon-film

Since I own the first Blue Lagoon score, I can tell that the music of the sequel is a little different... maybe he just rearranged the themes, as Schmendrick said.
