German film composer Ilan Eshkeri has contributed to many scores like Hannibal Rising (with additional music by Shigeru Umebayashi), Stardust, Layer Cake (with Lisa Gerrard), etc. In this little promo you'll find some of his best pieces.

Sorry about his birthplace :-P
About the cue, I don't know where is from, I've just got that promotional compilation and uploaded here, if I get more info will let you know.
